1Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
CleanNonwoven is a direct manufacturer with 20+ years of experience in wipes and nonwovens. We control production, so you get factory pricing, consistent quality and one team responsible from sample to shipment. Factory visits and video audits are welcome.
2What is the difference between private label, OEM and ODM wipes?
Private label means selling our ready-made wipes under your brand, OEM means we produce wipes to your own specification, and ODM means we design the product and you brand it. Many buyers start with private label and move to OEM or ODM as volumes grow. We have supplied all three models for 20 years.
3What can I customize on my own wipes?
You can customize the fabric, size, sheet count, liquid formula, pack format and all branding.
Fabric: spunlace, airlaid or spunbond, weight in GSM, embossing pattern
Format: sheet size and count, flow pack, canister, tub, sachet or roll

1What types of wipes and nonwoven products do you manufacture?
CleanNonwoven manufactures beauty care wipes, baby wipes, industrial wipes, cleaning wipes for various applications, dry-wiping cloths, floor cleaning cloths, kitchen cleaning cloths, medical nonwovens and disposable bed sheets. Each can be made to your size, weight and packing. Tell us the use case and we recommend the right product.
2Which nonwoven material should I choose for my wipes?
Match the fabric to the use: spunlace for soft, strong skin and cleaning wipes, airlaid for high absorbency, and polypropylene spunbond or SMS (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) for medical nonwovens and disposable bed sheets. Viscose and wood pulp are the usual biodegradable fibers, while polyester adds strength and low lint. Share your application and target GSM and we suggest a fabric and send samples.
MOQ, Price and Lead time
1What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label wipes?
MOQ starts at 1,000 packs for private label wipes with your branding and at 2,000 packs for fully custom fabric, formula or packaging. The exact figure depends on product and pack format. Send your product and target volume and we confirm the MOQ in your quote.
2How much do custom wipes cost?
Price per pack depends on fabric type and weight, sheet size and count, formula, packaging and order volume. Larger volumes and simpler packaging lower the unit cost. We quote on (FOB, CIF or DDP) terms, and you receive an itemized price within 24 hours of sending your specification and quantity.
3What is the lead time for samples and mass production?
Samples typically take (7 to 10 days), and mass production takes (25 to 30 days) after you approve the sample, artwork and deposit. Lead time varies with order size and packaging. If you have a deadline, tell us when you request a quote.

1What certifications and quality checks do you provide?
CleanNonwoven holds (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, OEKO-TEX, FDA registration, CE: list only what you hold). We inspect raw fabric on arrival, check weight, size, fill and seal during production, and test finished batches before shipping. Every order is traceable by batch number, and third-party inspection is welcome. Tell us your target country and we confirm the documents available.
2Are your baby and beauty wipes safe for sensitive skin?
We can make baby and beauty wipes with gentle, skin-safe fabrics and alcohol-free, fragrance-free or low-irritant formulas.

1Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We send samples so you can test fabric, size, formula and packing before you commit. (Stock samples are free with courier cost collected; custom samples carry a fee refundable against your bulk order.) Request them through the form above.
2What shipping and payment terms do you offer?
We export worldwide from Shanghai Port, Ningbo Port, China by sea, air or express on (FOB, CIF or DDP) terms. We prepare export documents and work with your forwarder or ours. Payment is typically (30% deposit, 70% before shipment by T/T); other terms are available on request.
